I will say I forgot to cancel my subscription, only needed one car VIN lookup, and was charged for 4 months unknowingly. Luckily I caught one month and called about fraud, and was told about my subscription. Rather than issue a month refund, they gave me the entire 4 month period back. This company is driven by good customer service first and then money afterwards.

I accidentally dropped my key fob into a puddle and feared it was ruined. Car Expert calmly guided me through each step how to safely dry it out remove the battery and test it afterward. I followed their instructions and avoided having to replace the entire unit. Most importantly they explained why rushing to use it while still damp could cause permanent damage.
