Avoid at All Costs – €34,000 Worth of Equipment Still Not Delivered

We purchased two pieces of equipment from CAE Online in November 2025, valued at €18,000 and €16,000 respectively. To date, we have still received nothing.

Every week, we receive the same type of email informing us that the equipment is about to be crated and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. However, week after week, no shipment takes place and no concrete tracking information is provided.

Despite our numerous follow-ups, CAE Online refuses to disclose the name of the seller responsible for the case and also refuses to issue a refund. This situation has now been ongoing for several months and represents a total of €34,000 tied up with no delivery and no satisfactory resolution.

Our experience has therefore been extremely negative: repeated shipping promises that are never fulfilled, a lack of transparency, and a refusal to provide a refund. Based on our experience, we strongly advise against doing business with this company and urge prospective customers to exercise the utmost caution.

Do NOT deal with company !!!

Avoid CAE at all costs.

Our experience has involved payment being made for equipment that has still not been delivered, despite repeated promises and assurances. This has gone on well over 1 year.

Do your research before sending them any money. There are multiple legal cases publicly available online involving CAE and substantial equipment transactions.

JP Santos, Martun Gaboyan, Gergely Toth and Norbert Kigyosi are just a few of the names......

I would strongly recommend potential customers look elsewhere.

This company suspended a whole division…

This company suspended a whole division in Belarus in May and asp er August, 2026 they haven't paid us a cent of our honestly earned money! Their CTO, the so-called director of this belarusian branch is on the run and keeps ignoring our messages, the Labour Department demands and prosecution as well. Dealing with this company may as well mean dealing with international corporate criminals, where the chairman of this cohort is being dismissive about their employees actions that results in class actions across the globe.

Highly disappointed with CAE

Highly disappointed with CAE. We completed our purchase and payment over a year ago, yet we have received absolutely no verifiable proof of our order (no physical photos, videos, or legitimate documentation).

Every inquiry we made was met with false updates and endless excuses. We have requested a full refund, but after more than a month, there has been zero progress. Please save your company's money and do not do business with them.

Equipment delivery is not yet provided though full payment has been made

Cannot be Trusted at all. Till now, no equipment delivery date is given, no update back from CEO and no accountability at all. Very expensive lesson learnt and severe business impact and damages happened to our company in Singapore. We hope the rest of people can be made aware of our painful experiences and avoid it.
We paid in full for the equipment in August 2025.
In March 2026, CAE informed us that release approval had been obtained from the equipment owner. We were subsequently advised on 30 March 2026 that crating arrangements were being made in parallel to facilitate shipment.
As of June 2026, we have not received a confirmed pickup date for our forwarder. Despite multiple follow-ups and escalation to senior management, we have not been provided with a detailed action plan or a firm timeline for collection.
The prolonged delay has significantly impacted our project schedule and our ability to deliver the system to our customer, who has now raised concerns regarding compensation for the delay.
We hope CAE will provide a clear explanation of the remaining obstacles and a definitive plan for resolving this matter.

One Year After Payment, CAE Has Still Not Delivered the Equipment

I paid CAE $64,375 for a piece of equipment on 6/4/2025. As of today, exactly one year later, CAE still has not delivered the machine.

They would say random things or gave me random requests to make me believe they are delivering the equipment, but nothing happens afterward. Their Vice President blamed me for not having a customs broker, claiming that was the reason they could not ship the machine. Once I finally found one, they completely ignored their request. No documents have been sent since.

If you are shopping for new equipment for your business, I hope you find this review and run for your life from CAE. You will not receive your machine anytime soon.

If you are in the same boat as mine, I know it sucks, but here are some routes you can take:

1. Request a fund recall and file complains with your bank regarding the transfer. (Not guaranteed to recover your funds, but it will alert the bank to their behavior)

2. File a police report with the city of Santa Clara, CA, where their bank account address is filed

3. File a police report with the city of Austin, TX, where their so-called headquarters is located.

*The police departments may tell you this is a civil case, but that does not matter. The goal is to have multiple reports on file so they can investigate further.

4. File a complaint with the NBC Consumer Investigative Center.

5. Report the matter to the FBI

*A buyer in South Africa told me that CAE sent them a lawsuit threat demanding that they remove their review. It is crazy that they would send threats instead of the equipment.

Not the most honest brokers

Was interested in selling some equipment to them.
gave me the impression that they had a customer lined up and were keen to images etc.. Came back with an almost insulting offer an d when i challenged them with market researched values they it was far too high.
I then called them out as i noticed the two items were available on the auction site with the photos i had provided. Surprisingly i have not heard anything since.
It looks like the tell you they have a buyer and then string you along until they get an offer.

They simply scammed our company

They simply scammed our company

We spent a lot of time discussing purchasing of the tool. We were asked to do a pre payment. After that for many months they were not able to organize the shipment of the tool and in the end ghosted us (stopped replying). We did not only lose our money, but also lost a lot of valuable time on the communication and waiting for the tool, which was bad for out timeline.

After all of this, they still have an audacity to send spam how good they are and about the new tools. There is no unsubscribe button in their emails.

Be aware and do not repeat our mistakes.

DO NOT ENGAGE with this company

DO NOT ENGAGE with this company! I reached out to ask them a question and now I am constantly harassed by salespeople by email and somehow on my personal phone asking if I want to sell equipment.

I have tried to block them, but for some reason you just can't. I have asked them to remove my contact info, but I get no acknowledgment.

Never deal with this people!

I had the same experience as other users before me: I paid, and after more than six months, nothing has happened! Apparently, the machine is at a customer's location and safety training needs to be conducted first… blah blah blah… Later, they offered us packaging that we were supposed to pay for, even though we had previously stated that we would arrange for our own shipping company to pick it up!

Scam

We've been waiting for our machine for over 6 months. We are another data point in this trend of customers complaining that CAE will take your $$$$ and then make nothing but excuses and refuse to cancel your order.
