Great i had to go up a size as I don't like thinks tight around my stomach especially when I am sleeping

Australia post damaged my package in transit and there was no stock left so I was refunded, end of experience 😂

I always love my pjs from Cachia and have about 10 sets now but a little disappointed with the quality of this order. One particular pair, the stitching in the pocket is very poor and one side of the fabric has been missed so there is just a huge hole. I put my phone in my pocket and it fell straight through and smashed only my screen protector thankfully.

Have purchased several sets of PJ’s for my adult daughter, excellent quality, super comfortable, exactly as advertised.
Despatched quickly from date of order to delivery 3 days.

Customer services is very poor. I have tried to contact them via email, Instagram and facebook with a response only via email which was a standard email and didnt address the concerns i had. I need to return my order within 30 days and the link provided does not work for out of Australia customers , I have even tried phoning them but it does not work. You make the claim on website that returns are stress free- this is wrong.
I want to return my order for a refund and need an address for this to do .
Provide better customer services and more than just an email address. Other online companies get back to their clients straight away

I bought a Christmas set for the family. Both kids and female fits great. Male set unfortunately doesn't fit well. The shirt is too short especially at the back.
