What they do exceptionally well is their customer service. Whenever I've had to email them, they've always responded quickly, fixed any issues right away, and sent out replacements super fast. My new fav winter Gigis PJ's.!
Just recieved my new Gigi winter pjs and i knew i would love them! No wonder they sell out quickly I can see why. They are true to size and fit perfectly. I love the print and the material, beautiful weight for winter here in the mountains. I absolutely love them so much. I ordered my best friend a pair also for her birthday I know she is going to be stoked. They arrived quickly and I am thrilled with this design and style. One very happy customer. Poor Quality
Two pair of ladies pj bottoms came undone at the seams after only 1-2 uses. Emailed Cachia and included photos but was told nothing can be done as I was outside of the returns period. Two pairs of overpriced pjs straight into the bin!!

Paying for fast shipment is a scam
I payed for fast shipment, it was an extra 8 dollars for it to get delivered in 3 - 5 days but it’s now been two days since I should’ve got the package, and when i text the company on gmail they dont reply and thats why i chose to rate my rating…
