I sent my phone over a month ago and they still haven't looked at it even though it exceeded the previously agreed upon deadlines.
Perfect pricing options, 3-4 weeks delivery converted into 1.5. From dispatch to my entrance is 1.5 working days.
Quality is like in the Apple Store; all good!
COMSPOT on comspot.de offers a mixed experience. I sent my Pixel 7 for a display repair, and while the automated process was efficient and I received my device back in 10 days, their communication was lacking with no replies to my emails. They also charge for diagnostics, contradicting Apple Store experiences. Order cancellations due to "wrong price errors" after payment can be frustrating and concerning. My MacBook repair took much longer than promised, with many excuses given and my hard drive was unexpectedly wiped. Their service is inconsistent, earning a 3-star rating.
Avoid like the plague: Comspot Berlin
Total lack of accountability and ownership. They did nothing for 2 months until I called for an update on the incorrectly replaced keyboard on my MacBook that was their mistake in the first place. The online status webpage is also not being updated properly, they say you will get an update via email and online webpage next day for the third time today and I still had to call and I receive the same response. It has been 6 months since I gave my laptop for a fix. Avoid at all costs.
I got problems with the display on my Pixel 7 (bought from Google store Germany) and they told me to send the device for repair to Comspot. The process was pretty automated, I've entered all the information on the Comspot's website, printed out the order documentation and sent the phone via courier. In about 10 days time I got the device back with a new display and everything was working fine.
The communication was not great tho, I've sent a couple of emails with questions and got no response at all. The only form of communication were the automatically generated emails from their system.
They charge for diagnostics and they lie about Apple Store charging for diagnostic to convince you to pay up to their scam.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gave my MacBook up for repair and was told it could take sometime between 2-3 weeks, which is also mentioned in the contract. However fast forward, 7 weeks later, after long back and forth the company still had not even started, nor done the initial cost estimate. I have heard several excuses at that point. 1. There had apparently been sick cases in the office 2. There had been server issues hence why i did get emails etc. However after almost 2 Months I found out that they hadn't even ordered replacements parts to undergo the repair. Finally I asked them to return my computer to me since they seemed incapable of doing their job. As a result they managed to repair my computer within another week, which makes me assume that they simply forgot.. As a final surprise even though it is specifically mentioned in the contract that no deletion of any kind would take place without consulting me first, they had wiped my entire hard drive. It is mind boggling that such a company is a repair partner of Apple. What a disgrace.
Orders get cancelled days after already taking money from bank account/credit card due to "wrong price error". Excuse me, but how is that my problem first of all, that a sale deal is suddenly "wrong price"?, and second of all, how do I know that my money wasn't used to gamble on the stock market or to show false earnings or bump up network traffic? Sounds like a shady place to me to be honest...avoid.
