My husband just placed his first order and was in between sizes so ordered larger size. Well, he needed the smaller size. I emailed the company to get direction on how to exchange for new size. They responded immediately and gave me clear directions. They also honored a 20% off code that my husband didn't apply for first time orders. They were so kind and quick to respond. What great customer service!!! All companies should aspire to this.

I am very impressed with the timeliness, ease and professionalism I experienced with the issue with my order. Monique was helpful, quick to respond, and ultimately helped me resolve the issue. I ordered and was charged for (2) polo shirts from Collars & Co. I received (5) polo shirts: the (2) I purchased, and (3) additional polo shirts that were mistakenly shipped with my order.

I contacted Collars & Co explaining this situation, and that I wanted to return the (2) polo shirts I ordered (too large a size and unacceptable look on me) along with the (3) polo shirts shipped in error.

I was informed that someone at Collars & Co would look into the situation and contact me for a resolution. This has not happened, and this shopping experience with Collars & Co has been very disappointing, giving me cause to wonder who is running the ship and driving the customer service/support at Collars & Co.

I want to celebrate the great customer service of Collars & Co and my interaction with Monique. I purchased a dress collar polo that did not button as neatly as it should and Monique led the way to make sure I was completely satisfied. All correspondence was prompt and saturated with a "can do" tone. Many thanks!

These shirts come in handy for calls over the internet where I can throw on a sport coat, it looks clean. I work in a hot region where long sleeves aren't preferred. I have a few of these shirts and will continue to wear them. I would like to clarify a few things though:
- The collars are NOT comfortable. It feels like a plastic hoop around your neck.
- These shirts needs attention out of the box. Make sure you shape the neck and collar so it doesn't look like you have a dog recovery collar around you neck. Even some of the 5'10" middle aged men starting into the distance on their website have collars that are just comical.
- The wrinkles are a pain, but once you get them out you're in good shape. Again, even some of the models on their website have wrinkles in their shirts.
- The collar WILL CURL. More of an issue with the traditional, semi spread is better.
- The cut on these shirt are inconsistent. I wish I could upload a picture of the polo I'm returning now where the shoulders are cut at least 2 inches wider than any other shirt I have from them.
- The website is challenging to work with. The filter feature doesn't work well, they are out of stock on quite a few items, applying a discount code is tricky and right next to the order button (intentionally I'm sure).
- Price is not an issue for me personally, but these shirts are overpriced by a significant amount. If you are a consumer who needs to watch their clothing budget, look elsewhere or wait for 40% off.

All of that said, I'm still keeping their shirts in my closet and will continue to order a few items, try them on, and keep the few that are a solid addition to my wardrobe.

We made an error on sizing…twice and the quick response with an easy solution made returning (TWICE) a breeze. The communication was top notch and I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I’m a big fan of these shirts. I have the English Spread, Semi Spread, and Featherweight polos. The original cut fits me (5’9, 176lbs) well. I do wish they had a short length, because the overall length is a bit long for my 5’9 frame. I prefer the original fit over the relaxed fit of the Featherweight. I do wish they had more patterns in the English Spread platform. Availability of colors and patterns is also a problematic. Many colors and patterns are consistently out of stock. I read reviews critical of the collars. I’ve had no issues with the collars and find they are easily reformed after washing.

A collar button popped off a polo I recently purchased. I asked for a replacement button but Collars & Co said they do not offer replacement buttons. They then offered to replace the polo but it was out of stock. So they shipped me another polo of my choice and did not charge shipping. Monique and Charlotte were very helpful and responsive during this process.

The customer support department is awful. I ordered a shirt 20 days ago and I am still getting emails that that the shipping label has been created but nothing else has happened. I reached out twice and they could not find my order and when I sent the email confirmation they sent me another update that the shipping label had been created.

Monique flawlessly and efficiently handled my issue- she’s the best customer service I’ve had in years! Thank you and I will continue to support and recommend Collars and Co!

I own a few of these shirts now and they have become some of my favorite. I recently had an issue with an order getting processed properly and their customer service (Monique) got right on it and resolved the situation. Thank you for your product AND your service.

The CEO sent me a "personalized" message with a discount code and when I tried to apply it, the system wouldn't acknowledge the code in anyway. The USPS is an antiquated shipping alternative. And the only option. According to the tracking, my Maverick jacket sat at the post office in my area for five days before it showed up. I own three jackets and two shirts and each order has been a hassle.

Exceptionally responsive customer service. Was helped by Charlotte and Monique and they were both friendly and supportive. Wish other businesses valued customer service this much.

Great support and customer service. My order included a free quarter zip sweater because my purchased qualified for a free gift. The sweater order was separate from the main order and I had not received it weeks after receiving the main order. I contacted support. Things moved quickly after that. The sweater was on back order. Monique was very responsive and offered to let me select another item or wait for the sweater. I elected to get another item and the order was placed immediately. After Monique got involved it resolved in one day. Great customer service from Monique and C&C.

Everything, timely delivery, everything fits well and washes up beautifully.
