Sadly if you are a residential customer…
Sadly if you are a residential customer you need to avoid these vendors. Thier shipping poilicy is archaic and means that you have to SIGN for all deliveries (even 20 dollars of plastic bits) So take a full day off work and wait around for the driver who then will wait for a nanosecond before driving off and then, as they dont have phones, ensures that you will have to take another day off to receive your equipment at some random post office. Madness especially as in 2026, 99% of other online electrical vendors in Australia dont have this totally inconvenient and inefficient policy. Well done - how to lose customers every time. Cheap product though...

A great quality product that arrived as described. The standout was the level of service in delivery. The driver called my mobile when they realised no one was home and went to the effort of following my directions for where to best leave it on the property to keep it safe until someone got home. Compared to the typical dump and run of a lot of delivery services these days, that's game changing service. Will happily continue to shop with 4cabling in future.

I rarely leave reviews but the service was so good by this company i felt i should.
I ordered a length of ducting and unfortunately it was damaged in transit by the carrier I contacted 4 cabling who was extremely helpful and I recieved a replacement at no cost the very next day.
Thanks to all the staff involved and I can hole heartedly recomend them as being efficient and helpful
