Poor customer service!!
I ordered women’s shoes as listed on their website and used their own sizing chart.
Shoes arrived a size too big however could not exchange and could only repurchase and return. I ordered it on a sale but they would not honour the sale for the exchange.
Emailed customer service for help and they took no responsibility and said all adidas shoes are men’s sizing. However no where on the website does it say that. So what is the point in describing it as women’s, proving a women’s size chart when it is not accurate and we just need to be mind readers.
For the sake of $40 difference, they could have accepted how it was misleading. Now I will never shop at City Beach.
