Zero seller protection
Zero seller protection! I sold an item from Australia using Vinted's integrated UK shipping label. Carrier tracking showed it delivered, but the the buyer falsely claimed not received, and Vinted's refunded them. I provided proof of delivery from their platformand the courier, but support team member (Ahmed) copy-pasted a template and closed the ticket. I lost the item and also my money. Avoid this app forever!!
