Skruvat DO NOT deliver on time and is very unproffesional.
Skruvat has a reputation for almost never delivering on time. I was stupid enough to order from them again, hoping they had cleaned up their act. Was promised delivery in 2-5 weekdays, have been waiting for 11 weekdays/15 days.
Whats infuriating is that they send you a message that they packet is on its way when the transport company confirms the packet havent been picked up yet.
They are superslow to respond on emails, their phone service is a low end AI of no value.
STAY AWAY. Its worth paying a bit more to avoid these guys.

Without an order number, it is unfortunately difficult for us to review your case in detail. Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe stated on our website, but transport delays can sometimes occur, which are unfortunately beyond Skruvat’s direct control.
When you receive a notification that your package is on its way, this means it has left our international warehouse. However, tracking with Bring is only updated once the parcel is scanned in upon arrival domestically. Based on your description, it seems your package was affected by transport delays with the international carrier, which we sincerely regret.
During periods of high demand, response times from our customer support may be longer than we would like. We are working hard to respond to all customers as quickly as possible. To assist further, we also use an AI assistant that can help an unlimited number of customers simultaneously over the phone. Of course, you can always request to be transferred to our customer support team if you prefer to be placed in the queue for a case handler.
