Their customer service sucks. We have been in contact over the flood with a basement covered and sewage, and there's been no more correspondence.
Their coverage is disgusting. They hide things when you're talking to them. They are not upfront with their policies for Home insurance.. we will be changing insurance companies, and I will continue to badmouth them and pass it on for everyone to check their policies with them. Shame on you, Caa we depend on you when disasters hit us.
