I had a problem with a book I purchased…
I had a problem with a book I purchased and tried to read with their iPhone app, eBooks.com. I contacted them and they walked me through the process and resolved the issue. They were extremely friendly and helpful. It turned out that the problem was actually a formatting issue with the file which they resolved on their side. I re-downloaded the book once the issue was resolved and everything was perfect. I actually found the entire process rather enjoyable. (Odd, I know, but very friendly help is a wonderful antidote to what is going on in this world!!!)
