Still waiting for a customer service reply on a broken unit (Infraredi Body Wrap). I’ve emailed them 3 times and cannot find an address to return the unit for a refund, there is no phone number to contact them faster, they only provide an email address. By the time they reply, I’ll probably be denied a refund after under their 60 day policy. Not a good experience.
