Order never arrived
MY order is marked as shipped but I never got it. I have the notification in the post Nord app saying that they have been notifyed about the packet days and days ago but the packet never arrived yet and even if it ever does it, it will be too late for what I needed. Plus, the website doesn't have many options to check where the packet is or any new updated information from a week ago.
