In March 2026 I purchased a vehicle through this company. It arrived on April 13. By April 14, I had already filed a formal complaint - the odometer had been wound back by 34,000 km. The advertised mileage was 41,000 km. The real mileage: 75,000 km.
On April 17, an authorised BMW/MINI dealership confirmed the tampering via key data and issued a BMW Air report. BMW subsequently withdrew the vehicle's warranty, citing unmet service requirements, with no option for extension.
The physical evidence was extensive: tampered speedometer bolts, four tyres of different brands (only one with BMW homologation), an oil reset history showing four resets against one recorded in official documents, and used brake pads in the boot - none of which appeared in the service records.
Over the following weeks, the company's communication consisted largely of delays attributed to the leasing company. On 19 May they requested the dealer's details and the vehicle's location. I responded on 20 May with everything required. On 26 May, they sent the identical request again.
As of 2 June 2026 - 50 days after the initial complaint - no resolution has been proposed, no compensation offered, and no meaningful steps taken.
