Warning: Misleading sign-up process
I created an account with Factor just to explore the menu and see if the service was right for me. To my shock, simply creating the account triggered an automatic order.
I was probably in the long Terms of Condition, but its very bad that they are not clearer about this. There was no clear "Confirm Purchase" step or a final order review. Before I knew it, I was charged for a delivery I hadn't even looked at yet. This feels very predatory and intentionally confusing.
I cancelled my subscription immediately, but I'm still stuck paying for this first unwanted box.
Avoid signing up unless you are ready to be charged instantly without a final confirmation.

I understand your concern regarding the initial charge. Because Factor is a weekly subscription service, an initial order is generated once the sign-up process is completed. Our system then processes the order as the deadline for change, which is Wednesday at 23:59.
We aim to be as transparent as possible about this process, but I hear your feedback loud and clear that this felt unexpected during your sign-up journey.
