They charge you for not seeing the doctor

They charge you and they do explain that if you see the doctor and don't get the outcome you are after, they cannot refund you. Which makes sense if the doctor took their time to have a chat and then let me know they can't help through a telehealth consult.

I filled out a form regarding what I was needing to see the doctor for after they took my payment. The doctor just cancelled without ever talking to me and explaining why. Now they refuse to refund me when they did nothing and it all was cancelled within 15 minutes. At least refund people who were not seen. This doctor did not spend any time on me. They received a prefilled questionnaire and then press reject or whatever their process is.

If you will charge me for a consult then give me a consult so I can ask the doctor why am I not suitable to be seen or what I can do. This was so disappointing especially when I was reaching out to get a prescription I already have and I needed a refill due to a debilitating migraine that had started that morning. I couldn't see any doctor around me on the day and I was desperate.

Other than medical certificate I wouldn't trust to ever talk to a doctor on this service.

Great overall

Everything was great quality and arrived very quickly. They have a large collection of jewellery as well and it's all very reasonably priced for the quality. Definitely will buy again :)

Listen to the other reviews about scam

Listen to the other reviews about scam. Their "clearly stated" terms and conditions are listed in very fine print and also misleading language as it makes it sound like you are purchasing your results as a one-off. You also only get a confirmation email at the same tome as the purchase and after this, no email reminders of this subscription you have been tricked into signing up to. This would be considered deceitful marketing for any major reputable service but these guys get away with banking on people not realising that it will be a subscription and of course, then only refunding 25% (or 40% if you argue enough) once someone realises what they have been charged for.

Shady and awful customer service. No policy that will let you get a full refund if you have cancelled within a reasonable timeframe. In my case, it was immediate.
Have disputed this charge with my bank and they have acknowledged that these policies reflect their reliance on customers not being fully aware of their terms and conditions and for me to steer clear of websites like this.

Hello, we’re sorry for any confusion. Subscription cancellations need to be made before the renewal date in order to avoid charges, as cancelling after renewal does not apply retroactively, and is not a "reasonable timeframe". All subscription terms are clearly displayed at checkout, included in the confirmation email, and outlined on our website. We encourage customers to review these details.
