The customer service is fab - the BlueLight discount didn't go through for whatever reason on the final checkout, and Ella helped to sort it out and offered me some options, one of which was something from the TentBox shop to make up the discounted amount. The emails were swift, professional and friendly and I really appreciate customer service like this 🙂 Really excited now to get out in my TentBox 🥰
