I love my tent box. Took it to a festival for the first ever outing and it was so easy to put up and down. Additionally it was raining constantly and like a mud bath but as the tent was off the ground it stayed dry and clean.. worth every penny

After spending quite a bit of time researching roof tents and camping setups, I decided to go with the TentBox Lite XL together with the Living Pod. After our first trial weekend, I can honestly say I'm very happy with the decision.

The TentBox itself is incredibly easy to set up. Even on our first attempt, it took no more than around 10 minutes to open and get everything ready. The space inside is excellent for a family, and the original mattress provides a good firm base for a mattress topper, which made a huge difference to comfort.

The Living Pod gives us a fantastic amount of additional space and makes the whole setup much more practical for longer stays. It provides plenty of room for cooking, sitting, changing and storing our camping equipment.

We've now had the opportunity to test everything properly, including in warm weather, and it's been great to see how well the system works in real life. Of course, we're still learning the quickest way to set everything up and pack it away, but I'm sure that will improve with every trip.

I also want to mention the TentBox customer service, which has been excellent. When we had an issue with one of the Living Pod poles during the first setup, the team responded quickly and arranged a replacement without any fuss. The communication has been friendly, helpful and genuinely customer-focused.

Overall, we're extremely happy with our TentBox and can't wait for many more adventures. It has turned our Outlander into a very comfortable little camping setup for the whole family. ⛺🚙

My TentBox Lite is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It’s given me the chance to travel the country and go where I want, whenever I want.
It is very well made and has been through high winds, rain and heat. It’s spacious and very comfortable. It’s built for longevity!
As a single female I can highly recommend a TentBox. The safety and security you feel from being up off the ground is invaluable. Having camped for many years, this is an evolution I fully approve of.

Absolutely love the textbox! I wanted one for so long and finally bit the bullet. The built quality is awesome so I'm more than happy to pay the premium price tag! I'm so glad I finally got one and I'll be out in it every chance I get.

My little tent box has given me a new lease of life, i’m 28 and single and the freedom I have to go anywhere I want is crazy. I just did a 300 mile trip camping in it and i’m already planning my next road trip. it truly is the best purchase I think i’ve ever made and definitely the best sleep i’ve ever had!!!!
The customer service is second to none, so helpful and they reply so quick. Everyone i’ve spoken to has been so friendly, and has answered any questions I have.
I also bought 2 windbreakers to go either side so I have somewhere to sit should it be raining which has proved to be a LIFE SAVER. I’d recommend a tentbox to anyone and everyone - if you’re unsure or in 2 minds about it, JUST DO IT!!!

I purchased the freestander and the security pack , the quality is great and we are looking forward to going away with it , it’s larger than I expected so overall great product
The security pack is also really good I had a slight problem but customer service sorted my issue and were very responsive all in all 5⭐️ highly recommend.

Great customer service from Anna, one of my living pod poles broke and she got it sorted under warrenty in no time.

The TentBox is a brilliant bit of kit. Very well made/thought through, zips are high quality and the XL lite is wonderfully spacious. The extra mattress really does add some luxury to what is an already comfortable bed!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my TentBox from the North Baddesley showroom. The staff were very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, and I especially appreciated that they were not pushy, but rather made suggestions based on personal experience and made relevant comparisons between options to help describe any differences. I bought the Lite XL along with the mattress topper, ladder steps, tunnel awning, roof bars, and thermal pack. I can’t wait to get out there and use the kit, and the team (especially Matt) have got me very hyped up for our adventures! Thanks TentBox team, you were great.

Customer Service was 5Star.
I had problems with 1st delivery date, then delivery company changing time last minute. Then the mattress was ripped. Then the gesture of safety bolts where lost. But each time. I could not fault the company . In all honesty. They went over and beyond. They where quick to respond . Hold their hands up and also take responsibility for issues not their own . Yes I was looked after and I have to say . 10 nights away and we are loving it. TB lite XL owner. I was losing faith each time . But the end result was great so inspite of all my hassle. I still gove a 5 for response

Had an issue with a the rain cover zip which the threads came apart and they replaced it within a few days,and also when reported about water getting in in the freezer standing tent they were quick to reply and I'm assuming will be replaced when they get more stock in,

Spent a good amount of time here checking out all tentbox had to offer. We were met by Matt who talked us through everything and obviously knowledgeable about the products. No pushy sales, no up selling just genuine chat. We did purchase a tentbox but that's beside the point will be visiting again once the accessories we would like are back in stock

Amazing customer service! I had a large gift voucher that I was planning on using to buy the tunnel awning with, but I hadn’t realized that it expired. So I just left it in my cart and the team at Tenbox reached out and they ended up sending me the tunnel awning free of charge due to my gift voucher being expired. I couldn’t be happier with any of my experiences with their support team since I purchased my tent a few years ago.

Giving 5 stars Purley because of the the team, they helped me sort out my order , which I was not happy with, missing security nuts that I ordered, and was advised on there site the wrong roof bars which was quite the ordeal to sort out. But everything was sorted and iam happy with the product but was quite stressful.
