Best customer service!
We were having issues with the milk frother on our Lelit Grace. Customer service was very helpful. They gave us detailed instructions on how to check what was wrong, where to buy replacements, and how to repair it ourselves at home. Now our Lelit is running like new again, and we are very happy with the service we received. We also saved over €200 that a technician in Germany wanted for checking and repairing it.
