Glossy Nails Art

Absolutely terrible customer service and one of the worst return experiences I have had.

I contacted this company on 6 August because the product was not suitable for my nail drill. The description on the website gave me the impression that it would be compatible, but in reality it is completely useless for my equipment.

Since then, I have received no proper help whatsoever. No clear return instructions, no useful email, no competent support agent, and no normal way to resolve the issue. I have repeatedly tried to contact them and have essentially been ignored.

So they were perfectly capable of taking my money and delivering the product, but when I wanted to return it, suddenly nobody was available to help. Now I am left with an item I do not need and no clear way to send it back.

This is completely unacceptable. A company that sells products online should have a functional customer support and return process. Instead, the whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company, especially if there is any chance you may need to return something.
