10/10 really good. Seth and Albert arrived in the rain and covered their shoes before coming in to our house to deliver a mattress, making sure that they didn’t damage anything .
Extremely professional, well done and thank you guys.

From the minute that we had made our last payment the customer care became non existent.
They don’t explain additional costs, such as the £240 just to have our luggage put on the plane.
Dreadful flight times meant that when flying to Buenos Aires from Lima in Peru, we were sent via Santiago in Chile. The first flight meant getting up at 2.30 am and we arrived at hotel at 10.00 pm so lost a whole day then had to leave 2 days later on a flight that involved getting up at 3.30 am.
When we came back from Cusco to Lima we got to our hotel in Lima city centre at 10.00 pm and had to be up at 6.30am for a flight the following day. It would have been far more practical to have stayed at the airport and had another hour sleep.
Programming and value for money poor. I doubt anyone from the company ever took our holiday using our flights.
Worst of all when I raised a lot of issues both whilst away and on our return from the trip they haven’t responded, despite my regular chasers, other than by an automated response telling me that they are working on it.
I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole and recommend that everyone adopts a very cautious approach in any dealings.

Excellent service and good price, much nicer to deal with than lots of the much bigger companies. Thank you and well done.
