Booked a 3* All inclusive, Turned out 1* rating at the best and not all inclusive as I expected. No air con. Transfer didn't arrive. On the beach offered £50 voucher off the next holiday if booked through them as compensation.

Customer service gone way downhill since they closed their UK call centres and opted for the cheaper advisors over seas such as India resulting in long waits,language barriers, unfulfilled promises, put on hold,cut off,notes not passed on to other advisers, transferred to wrong departments,unresolved issues,no direct complaints procedure and so on.

Came out next day and fixed after waiting a week for sky to get their act together and get in touch with open reach. They should have contacted them instantly but guess that's the price to pay from closing its call centres
