Although DHL lost my phone in transit, Clevertronic customer service was kind enough to create a case for me and follow up. At the end, they paid my money even before they received the actual amount from DHL! what a great service, thanks again. I will definitely sell my other phone here soon :)

After buying a new phone, I also directly sent by old iPhone 13 Pro max to sell it to them. I unfortunately received an unfair offer, less capacity (GB) then my phone actually had and an unfair evaluation of a perfectly working phone. Although the camera was working perfectly, they said it needs to be changed and made an offer almost 100 euros below market price. After I rejected the offer, they contacted me with another unfair offer and I rejected that one as well. Now 1 month after receiving the initial offer, they still didn't sent my phone back! I contacted them many times and asked for a status update but no luck! Be careful while selling your phone through refurbed!!!

I ordered a TV mount online via mediamarkt.de and choose the "Uber Sofortlieferung" option that delivers the package in 90 minutes. After I payed the order, I never received an order number or a confirmation email and of course the mount was not deliverd as spoken! And the money is already gone! After calling the customer support for 3 times, I didn't receive any informations or help. Extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. I will never recommend anyone!
