This my first time using this product. I found the software easy to load and really found the tutorial videos very helpful. My photobook is excellent quality and I am completely happy with the product and will definitely be using them again.

Review of Flat Beds
This was my first time using Flat Beds. From my first query until completing the booking I was very impressed with the friendly, efficient, helpful and professional advice offered. Multiple options were provided and then streamlined to suit our requirements and budget. Nothing seemed too much trouble and booking process and payment was easy. A huge thank you to Christopher Rollinson for all his expertise and advice. Would definitely recommend Flat Beds.

After my previous review about this product I just wanted to advise that it was not a scam but it did take about 6 weeks to get the product and also I had to follow up via email twice. Product when it arrived is good and as described.

I have ordered a set and received email confirmation with order number but 6 days later still waiting for confirmation of order dispatch. I have sent an email directly asking for update but so far have received no response. Is this a scam?
