Just 6 hours notice that train was confirmed
yes, we did end up with tickets for the Lao China train, but we only got confirmation in the middle of the night for a 0950 departure! 12go seem to be an agency of agencies so using a Lao based agency is recommended

next day delivery turns out to mean 4 days later
(Update: or 3 days later if you accept that drivers do arrive on Sunday. Note that I had to contact the company to find out where my product was; they did not warn me that a delay had occurred)

Dear Simon,
I can understand that you are disappointed that your order was not delivered the next day. There was a delay at DHL, which meant that your shipment was delivered 2 days later than planned, not 4 days. It was originally supposed to be delivered on Friday but it was delivered on Monday. Sunday is not a working day and the couriers do not deliver on Sundays. Our apologies for the delay.
