Claim that they're calling on behalf of your operator.

Any business that uses Svea for checkout and doesn’t help their customers to navigate the process doesn’t deserve your money. Shop elsewhere until they either change their payment process or Svea makes their process customer friendly. There is no excuse for dark patterns in 2025.

Mostly the delivery company’s fault but Zooplus choose their service provider so are responsible for the bad service. The first delivery was smashed open and cat sand was spilled all through the hall of our apartment building. The second delivery they just didn’t bother to deliver at all. I won’t be trying a third time.
