I called to book a holiday to malta told them I wanted full board he offered me price of £680 for 10 days with £100 deposit in the. Booking says bed and breakfast. I only booked as was. Full board. He admitted his mistake now I have to wait 3-7 days for a refund. He should have honoured it He then stated he could do it for that price but. He'd need full payment now which i cpuldnt do so I lost out and can't book anywhere else until my refund comes back please triple check what ur booking
