After trying many online pharmacies I finally found one that could help me with a specific treatment I was after. There is an 18 month waiting list for the specialist that could prescribe this for me on the NHS and I think I would have probably taken far too many painkillers had I not had the staff at Independent Pharamacy listen. Thank you so much. I am finally starting to feel normal again in a certain part of my body. You are saviours to menopausal women everywhere

Review of Dincwear

Absolutely Love My Dincwear Leggings and Shorts!

I can’t recommend Dincwear enough! The quality of the leggings and shorts is exceptional – super comfortable, flattering fit, and they move perfectly with my body whether I’m dancing, working out, or just out and about. The fabric feels luxe, and they wash beautifully without losing shape or colour.

What really sets Dincwear apart, though, is the service. Rob was absolutely brilliant – so helpful, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and the whole experience felt personal and seamless. It’s rare to find such a high level of customer care these days, and it made all the difference.

Stylish, functional, and backed by top-notch service – Dincwear is now my go-to for activewear. Thank you Rob and the Dincwear team!

Review of mydentist

Exploitative and dismissive – My Dentist Llandudno is failing NHS patients.

The Llandudno branch of My Dentist is one of the worst examples of how NHS dentistry is being mismanaged and commercialised. After experiencing severe dental pain, I contacted 111 multiple times daily for nearly a week. When I finally got through to this practice, I was told there were no NHS appointments available until July — but that I could be seen next week privately, if I was prepared to pay.

This isn’t just unethical — it’s against the guidance I received from Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, who confirmed that if a practice has no NHS availability, they are expected to offer an appointment at a sister practice. My Dentist Llandudno failed to offer this, demonstrating either a lack of knowledge or a complete disregard for NHS patients.

Appointments I’ve managed to get in the past have been routinely cancelled at short notice, and the reception team pay nothing more than lip service, repeating empty promises about more NHS dentists “coming soon” — promises that have never materialised.

I’ve now filed my second formal complaint, and have removed both myself and my child from their NHS list. This practice does not offer equitable care, and clearly prioritises profit over patients.

If you are looking for NHS treatment, avoid this practice entirely. Their actions are not just negligent — they are exploitative.
