Dan, Sam and Alex did a great job fitting a new boiler for us and associated work in connecting a new cylinder/main etc. Very professional, punctual, tidy and a pleasure to have around. We tried the Gut Rewild supplements as my husband has a hiatus hernia and we established that wheat and lactose were making digestion uneasy. I'd read about the benefits of varying the diet but it's not always easy when you already have indigestion issues. I often used to feel bloated after meals too. Since taking the supplements for a month now we really notice the difference. It's nice to eat foods and feel comfortable afterwards! We would definitely recommend it.

Good products at good prices but a mens t shirt arrived instead of a ladies tennis skirt. Didn't realise you could not return in store so had to pay to return it even though it was their error. Also a broken sports direct mug was in the bag (which was not ordered).

Looking for garden wire to make my Christmas wreath. The helpful man in Tonbridge branch directed me to some which was nearly £12...then he looked elsewhere in the store and located some nearer £5 which was perfect for what I needed...and I have plenty left over to use in my garden. The lady at the till asked if I wanted to use my Dyas points so overall price was even less. Great customer service from Tonbridge store!

Delivery arrived as per our order in suitable vehicle for the road and driver was pleasant and helpful in assisting us with offloading the timber and chipboard. Would definitely use Alsford again.
