Be careful of extra charges
Subscription cancellation failed in their website, probably due to technical issues, but they still charged me for the extra month which I never used their platform.

If you can send me the error or the confirmation of the cancellation i can try to waive the invoice for you; but as of now there hasn't been any contact or proof about a technical issue with the cancellation.
