swiss airline refuses to accept my miles and more number for no reason

They promised delivery the next day, it have been 6 days and I did not received my parcel yet.
It it hard to find a contact page or number to contact them. The chat is a bot that did no help at all, when asked to talk to a person it says there is no one to talk to.
The phone number is a answer machine that is only in dutch. I wated for 5 minutes and no one picked up the phone.

track system is always delayed by hours, if not days.
THey have horrible delivery window, such as 5 hours.
My last experience they sorted my parcel wrongly and I have to wait 1 to 3 days of delay and of course the track system is totally outdated.

payment method is a little bit shady.
IDEAL is missing a few banks to choose from, such as Revolut.
I tried paying by card but it failed, also the interface for card payment is terrible.
