Terrible Experience – Avoid Topdanmark at All Costs
Topdanmark has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. A simple travel medical claim has dragged on for over 2–3 months, with endless, irrelevant demands. They’ve asked for air tickets, accommodation proof, entire medical histories, full reports, symptom timelines, and even the names and addresses of every doctor we have seen in the last three years. It’s invasive, excessive, and completely disproportionate to the nature of a standard travel insurance claim.
Despite submitting the requested documents, they continue to delay and overcomplicate everything. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to avoid paying out.
Topdanmark has demonstrated zero efficiency, and an apparent strategy of delay and denial.
This process has wasted time, energy, and resources, with no resolution in sight. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
Avoid this company at all costs as when it comes time to support you, they will bury you in red tape and run you in circles.
Absolutely unacceptable.
