An item sits in a warehouse for a week. How after, say three days, this is not flagged? In my case it sits there for 6 days and on the final day, I think I should raise it as lost, you cannot do anything. You cant lodge a lost item and you cant get any phone help to initiate a search.
Such that your item is now going to be over a week sitting in the same warehouse.
If there was a way I could get the sender to anyone else, even Shift&Swift, I would. This has happened too many time with my parcels taking trips all over Australia and randomly arriving months later if Im lucky.
Complete incompetence and no way to get any compensation for stuffing you around or losing items.
Use anyone other that AusPost if you want your parcels delivered.
