Ross (ID 238209) was excellent. Very friendly and courteous. Knowledgeable and efficient at his job too. He had come in to repair a fault in one of the devices. He corrected the fault, then proceeded to service all the devices and changed batteries in a couple of them. Replaced the controller with a new upgraded one, and then explained the changes.

The service provided by Justin the store manager at the Sheffield store was just excellent. I am in the process of setting up a home gym and the advice provided by Justin has been awesome. He is very passionate about his filed, and overall just a great experience dealing with him.

I have had a great experience with Howdens Sheffield Parkwood, Sam Beech in particular. We are doing a fairly large kitchen renovation, and Sam has been absolutely brilliant. He came to measure and then at each stage of the design his expertise and attention to detail have truly impressed us at every step of the process. From his insightful questions to his intelligent suggestions, it's clear that he has a deep understanding of kitchen design.

Dealing with Sam and Howdens has been a breath of fresh air compared to our interactions with other companies. Sam's friendly and open approach, coupled with his wealth of knowledge, has made this experience enjoyable and stress-free. We're genuinely thrilled with the final design Sam come up with, and we eagerly anticipate the upcoming kitchen installation.
