I got help from Oliver in Sambla, the service and his help was extraordinary! I was in a very complex financial situation and he helped me out very much! Definitely recommend Sambla and always thankful for their service!

By far the worst postal service I have ever seen! Friend sent me an emergency package from Netherlands to Sweden, they said they came to the place to deliver, they didn’t, the package returned, its been a week, and hasn’t returned to the sender either! Basically stucked somewhere on the way! I really don’t know how you dont go out of business as you probably should have!

I had to use this service twice, which now is the second time, they are HORRIBLE, they always promise big, but never deliver! I ordered a product that has been sent to them almost 5 days ago, this is part of the product that I accidentally used budbee because on the website in checkout they promised 1 day delivery which was Friday last week, rest of the products I bought from the same website, all arrived with Postnord and Instabox, but this one just stuck! who knows when I manage to get my package!

do not recommend this, even if you have to pay extra and use a different service do it, never gonna use their service again, even if I have to pay extra, buy a product from a different website just to not use budbee.

I received the computer almost on time but it didn't boot up on the first try, some issue with the VGA or Motherboard, VGA debug LED kept being on and causing the computer not to boot up, I called them the next day and sent the computer back and now I am waiting for the result, I gave it a 1 out of 5 because the promise is stress test, but I really don't get how they tested it the computer didn't even boot up on the first try, unless Postnord did some throw and catch with the case on the way.

PS: will update my rating if the result of this back-and-forth thing comes out good, such a shame paying 48k for a computer that doesn't work on the first day.

UPDATE: I sent the product back for repair/replacement, the Graphic card was faulty, and it took some time to get it back but now with their really good support and help everything is in order and the PC is working like a charm.

recieved my monitor in less than two days, safe and sound, in a perfect condition, the monitor is for sure 10/10, so happy with my purchase.

No need for explanation, woke garbage instead of journalism, I wonder about the editor that approved this crap to go live, they lost many many viewers I am sure, and they deserve it.
