TERRIBLE experience
Okay first’’ the do actually deliver fast’’ fair is fair. They don’t use old and used parts for your pc so that part is true they have pretty okay prices and regular sales, they have a very good costumer support and nice service very helpful. BUT here comes the actual problems, first for some reason they use FedEx which everyone knows is basically is worse then a uber eats delivery. Second of all the FPS ’’ estimates’’ that they have on their website ? TOTAL BULLSHIT. I solely made a purchase there because I was promised 262 FPS on high GPU setting and 1440P I run the game at medium GPU 1440p and it can barely support 170 FPS. So what do I do ? I contact them ofc to try and solve the issue asking for a GPU upgrade or a fair compensation due to the false advertisement. They tell me ’’ well ether send it back or get 500kr’’ ??? Like dude I spent almost 20 k there because I saw specificity 262 FPS ’’ again fair is fair before I made the purchase they said -+30-40 FPS like 262 could mean 242 at its lowest’’ but when I told them the issue they said ’’ yea we agree that your GPU should not support 262 FPS like our website said well oppsi nothing we can do about it now. I even offered to return the PC for a GPU upgrade because dude realistically how is it my fault that you input wrong DATA in your website. Ether fix it or give me my Upgrade it’s YOU’R fault not mine. But no nothing was solved. I would say be careful when ordering because yea well you get it right ? Do your own research don’t depend on them.

We don't make the FPS scores ourselves. They come from a known benchmark database with real test results for specific CPU and graphics card combinations. On our site they're shown as estimates, not a promise, because real FPS depends on the game, the resolution, your graphics settings, and the state of your PC (background programs, drivers, a clean Windows install, and so on).
When you got in touch, we investigated it and could see the result you got was further off than we'd expect. So, at the time we gave you two options: a goodwill price deduction on your order or sending the PC back for a full refund.
We're sorry we couldn't land on a solution that felt right to you. If there's anything we can still help with, our support team is always happy to help.

After purchasing a computer that was broken I asked them for a refund and they will get their computer back. Opened a case with klarna and I won it but sold my pc and they still want it back.

It is correct that Klarna ruled in your favor and that you received a full refund. We respected that decision and refunded the order accordingly.
What your review does not mention is that a refund does not entitle a customer to keep the product as well. When a purchase is cancelled, the customer receives their money back, and the seller should receive the product back. This is why we have repeatedly requested the return of the computer.
We are also concerned that we have received two different explanations regarding the computer's whereabouts. In our email correspondence, you informed us that the computer had been discarded because it was broken. In this review, however, you state that it was sold.
Regardless of which explanation is correct, the fact remains that you received a full refund, but the computer has not been returned to us.
We believe it is important for future readers to have the full context of the situation.

First off
First off, not received the product yet, they prompted me to review it.
Supposed to be delivered on a friday, but customs, and asked them about it before that, and half arsed answer, so had to do it myself.
Then supposed to delivered on monday, and delayed to Tuesday. Fedex support said it will be delivered on Tuesday, but on the day got an email saying delayed till Wednesday.
Call on tuesday said it would still be delivered same day, but was just handed to posten.
Posten on Wednesday morning said delivery between 16 and 22, but got called at 0945 ish asking if home, which not with first promise.
So yeah, can't say if good or not, but delivery choice they have, absolute off!
