Worst delivery company ever.

FAKE tracking. Saying it shall arrive on the 3rd October, now we have the 5th. Updates are just fake. It was saying it is in my country now (Switzerland) and now it's back at CENTRAL. Whatever that means.
No replies from the support, no answering of messages. It's a pure SCAM.

It's a state owned company of Spain. Worst management ever. Never so such a low rating on Trust Pilot.

HORROR experience. Will I ever get my package? Most reviews say they never ever received it.

This company should not exist. A NIGHTMARE ! ! !

What a great Bahn. Almost always on time. Friendly staff. Great history.

Top Car with top quality. Never had any issues with that car.

Super Geschäft. Lediglich teuer aber top.

EDIT: I heard they rip you off once you return the car. Many horrible google reviews already. I will update in October once I am finally out of this horrible company.

WARNUNG ! ! ! Klingt verlockend ABER:
Nach der Mietdauer, wenn man auf ein anderes Fahrzeug wechseln möchte, dann muss man nebst 2 Monate Vorauszahlung des Erstwagens nochmals direkt 2 Monate für den neuen Wagen vorauszahlen. Bei mir, da ich mal in Zahlungsverzug war, hatte Carvolution ausserdem 3 Monate Kaution verlangt. Sprich, insgesamt 7 Monate Vorauszahlung ! ! !

Mit dem Geld kann man direkt einen Kleinwagen kaufen oder eine schöne Leasing-Anzahlung leisten und viel günstigere monatliche Mieten bekommen.

Carvolution war mal top und der Vorreiter. Mittlerweile gibt unzählige günstigere Anbieter.

Und btw: Den Mercedes GLC hatte ich in der Farbe schwarz bestellt. Mit 3-4 Monaten Verspätung stand ein silberner Mercedes vor der Türe, ohne Vorabinformation !

Mein Fazit nach 4 Jahre: FINGER WEG von CARVOLUTION.

WARNING!!! It sounds tempting, BUT:

After the rental period, if you want to switch to another vehicle, in addition to the 2-month advance payment for the first car, you have to pay another 2 months in advance for the new car. In my case, since I was once behind on payments, Carvolution also required a 3-month deposit. In other words, a total of 7 months of advance payment!!!

With that money, you could directly buy a small car or make a nice leasing down payment and get much cheaper monthly rents.

Carvolution used to be great and a pioneer. Nowadays, there are countless cheaper providers.

And btw: I ordered the Mercedes GLC in black color. With a DELAY of 3-4 months, a silver Mercedes was in front of the door. No information or apologies.

My conclusion after 4 years: STAY AWAY from CARVOLUTION.

HORROR - Avoid and run away ! ! !

YOU CAN’t retrieve your finds for many weeks and don’t get an answer from Yuh! Tried it endless times to get an answer and for weeks the account was blocked with no explanation.
After about 5 weeks all was back to normal with no explanation or feedback at all.

Claim to be an innovative and neon. But it’s NOTHING compared to real disruptors such as Revolut.

This company is a shame for Switzerland 🇨🇭
A wonder it still exists. Probably father government is supporting it with hundreds of millions on cost if tax payers!!

Unterirdisch! Das solche Knebelverträge in der heutigen Zeit noch legal sind. Der Konsumentenschutz muss sich dem annehmen.
Man kann nicht kündigen!!!!

Avoid this company. You will never get out of the contract again !!!!

Absolutely worst neo bank ever. Put millions in fancy advertising and payments to its parent company Swissquote take over 10 days to be executed. After placing an official complaint a call back was promised within the same day. But, no reaction!! And even worse, no explanation at all. As a client completely being left alone, day for day for simple payments. No feedback, no reaction, no comment from Yuh!! I called for 1 days every single day.
Worst customer relation ever experienced!!!

Keep fingers away from this institution!!! If you want to have access to your money, don‘t go with Yuh, you lose complete control and access to your funds!!!

Usually this happens before a bank goes bust. Alarm 🚨
