I had a 3 year contract with Ohm Energy…
I had a 3 year contract with Ohm Energy which expired in 7/16/26 and was told I needed to find another company prior to that date. I was told I would receive a funal bill from Direct Energy who they had sold The Contracts to. I paid $77.67 on 7/14/26 and 3 days later i get another bill from Direct $450.00. I was never told my Ihm that they had sold my contract to them The beginning of June. Very Unprofessional behavior. I ask for a Escalation and return phone call. They emailed. Not a Responsible company with I would Trust.
