I placed an order with McDonalds Diemen last night (7CQV9H). The order was made around 21:00 and the app shows delivery at 21.28 but it was never delivered. I raised a call with your platform around 21h55 and was informed that the order will be delivered shortly (Amarender chat). I then requested an order cancellation and refund at 22:29 and have received no response. I was supposed to have received my order at 21:28 and over an hour later, I was still awaiting it. VERY bad service on the part of Thuisbezorgd.
I checked this with McDonalds, the issue was with the Thuisbezorgd delivery person, not with the restaurant.

My account has been disabled without any explanation of what is not correct - I have tried multiple times to get a response from Moonpay to understand why the account was deactivated but a few days later and still no response from them. One would think this would be an urgent item for their to assist resolving.
