Finally was able to send the correct…

Finally was able to send the correct file after Paige Monks told me to use We transfer. Now (hopefully) my problem toilet seat can be swopped out.

The app is useless.

The app is useless.
So difficult to create an account and then get called by my banks fraud department and find i have about 7 incorrect charges totalling well over 100GBP.
This is typical of company's that insist on you using an app.
Stay away from this company.

We’re sorry to hear about the situation. The hold you’ve mentioned is carried out by your bank to verify that there are sufficient funds on the card. As such, it’s your bank that refunds the amount after a few days. On our end, if the charge session doesn’t take place, no payment is processed.

Very useful facility when worried about…

Very useful facility when worried about ur pet! I was very pleased with the lady vet who phoned ahead of time to check on some points - we then proceeded to a zoom call and resulted in an easing of our worry because of the diagnosis. Good follow up from our local vets the next morning. Highly recommended.
