Ridiculous

Ridiculous. Did my cashout via PayPal 2 days ago and still havent recieved payment yet. Contacted the bot chat and said something about tipatli? No idea what that scam site is. No emails in regards to payout. The app hardly ever works. Support never emails you back. You guys owe me $20. Paypal is instant. Can see why honeygain was removed from Google play. SCAM.

Fantastic experience

Ordered a few items and 1 wasn't in stock, I received an email immediately to let me know and gave me options for ones that were in stock. She also sent me links to purchase the item that wasn't in stock, absolutely fabulous experience. The clothes are great aswell. Will definitely be shopping there again

Disgusting customer service via online…

Disgusting customer service via online chat!.
Purchased items via target app with 2 gift cards. It took the money off the gift cards yet never placed the order and asked me to pay a second time! After it already took the money off the gift cards!! I've been trying to contact customer service, was hung up on when I rang and she tried telling me they don't accept gift cards (load of crock) then via chat and they told me to wait 24-48 hours for it to reverse. It never reversed so I used the chat again and now they're telling me to wait another 24-48 hours! It's clear as day I won't see that money again! I refuse to shop at target now. Fix it!

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. No contracts to sign they automatically set you up. I was in the middle of another course via tafe and I stated to them I have 3 months left ill start then. They agreed. But instead they started taking money out of my account. After numerous emails and phone calls not once did I get a reply. Its been 2 years now and I supposably owe them over $3000. This company is a major scam which lies under UNFAIR CONTRACT. So you can take it further to the ombudsman which I am doing now. Also you're signing up through spoted it goes spoted then spotjob something about linked and debitsucces. Yet spoted and spotjob have mysteriously dropped off the face of the earth and they're websites cant be found. Also the ABN is connected to a "makeup" palace 🙄
