booked a parcel collection with fedex thinking it would be a great company! boy i was wrong! they never even collected the parcel, i had to waste more time and fuel getting it back. sent it with ups after.

the chap who i got it back from said they get nothing but problems with fedex!

do yourself a favour and DONT USE THIS COMPANY! spread the word...

So was told item was being delivered stayed in for it to find out delivery company hadn’t even received parcel absolutely terrible communication web chat was a shambles gave up waiting for someone to chat after 15mins no phone number so you could speak to them won’t be ordering again from them
