My regular annual check up is good , however my new glasses aren’t. I have been coming back for few times now to tell them that it’s not comfortable at all but they just keep adjusting the nose pad and keeps telling me to try for another week, then come back. Its been so stressful coming back everytime as I feel they don’t even care to assist me when they even have a policy of return and refund!

Its always unable to deliver to my house without even trying and always I need to choose the pick up option which is not very helpful for someone who is working full time.

Delivery on time but I didnt give 5 star as the driver didnt help me to carry my parcel to my apartment. Its 10 box with 10kg each and my apartment on the 3rd floor with no lift. 😭😭
