Fehlverhalten
Sie teilten mir mit, dass sie ein Problem bei der Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung hatten, weshalb die Bestellung storniert wurde und keine Zahlung erfolgen wird.
Dann, 2 Tage später, führten sie plötzlich die Bestellung aus und zogen die Zahlung ein.
Als ich darum bat, die Stornierung zu respektieren, wurde ich angewiesen, das Paket abzuholen und ein Rückgabeverfahren zu durchlaufen.
Dies ist ein Fehlverhalten und eine völlige Missachtung und Verschwendung meiner Zeit.

Very high customs costs, and in case of a return very high shipping costs. These are not mentioned by the website when making the order, even though they are fully aware of them. Eventual cost may be 50-100% more than what you initially pay when making the order! Also, VAT is charged for no reason - for items which are sold to a destination outside the UK. Thieves
