Beware, read the other reviews, just like this. They dont stock sufficiently and a lot of orders are cancelled without reason. Was ordering present for xmas and they only got back nearly 2 weeks later for Jasmine to tell me this so had to scramble to find alternative. Ordered black friday so lost all discount too. They need a stock management system it seems.

I dont usually give reviews but this warranted one. The shed was delivered on time which was great. I think they give you 24hrs to check if there is damage before it can be sent back without issue. Anyway, did not have time to check that so fingers were crossed. There were ALOT of pieces to put together. 246 of one type of screw. About 35 different structural types, all numbered, bar 1 and 1 labelled incorrectly. (Believe me when you are at the end, and one piece in the middle turns out to be the one for the top, it is a real pain, luckily i drilled my own holes as it took 10-11 hours to put together). THIS IS NOT A ONE MAN/WOMAN/THEM Job, although they give you one pair of gloves, which are a must as the metal was sharper than some of the knives in my kitchen and i found out the hard way. Also, with the instructions, read the whole thing first or at least 2 steps as steps 1 & 2 can indeed be the same or combined step. ( I learned this the hard way and had to take it apart again). Look, its cheap, delivered ok and I bet someone was having a laugh by mislabelling one of the structural supports but in the end, it was built and is decent for the price. But, Be aware it is time consuming, be organised, get help to hold it from falling over, use gloves(although kinda difficult to hold panels and drill little screws in with gloves on) and have a lot of patience, you can do this, it just might take 10-15 hrs.

Great service altogether. I brought my Audi A4 in last week as had a rumbling sound coming from the gearbox and had a couple of mechanics quote me for a new gearbox however when I went to Jack, he realised quickly it was actually the flywheel that needed replacing and not the gearbox which was going to cost thousands, and not hundreds. Saved my mental health and my pocket. :)

I was very satisfied with how quickly my order arrived, it came with all sorts of little extras as well as a hand written note, who does that? Amazing service.
