Your colleagues ask me to prove, that Wizzair.com make me a full refund , after I contact wizzair.com myself. Your colleagues said, because I bought a cheap flight so they will not help me to contact with wizzair.com.And if they do to help me to contact , they need to take money from my pocket.

As we have explained to you multiple times, you are supposed to request directly from the airline to process the refund to us. We will then forward the amount to your card, as per our terms and conditions.
