PAIR Finance handles debt recovery for online subscription services like JobLeads. On September 3, 2026, I received a collection demand regarding an unpaid 249 PLN invoice for a full membership that auto-converted following a 14-day paid trial (started July 19 for 9.90 PLN).

The merchant failed to send any pre-renewal warnings before activating the full subscription on credit, yet PAIR Finance immediately deployed automated collection demands with added administrative fees. I settled claim strictly to avoid legal complications, but consumers should be aware of how aggressively unannounced trial conversions are pushed to collections by this agency.

On July 19, 2026, I signed up for a 14-day trial membership on JobLeads (9.90 PLN). The terms regarding auto-conversion were confusing, as it was not clear that a full paid membership would be activated on credit without requiring an upfront payment confirmation. On August 9, 2026, I received an email stating that a payment of 249 PLN had failed, with no advance notice or pre-renewal reminder sent before the trial ended.

Despite not actively using the service after signing up, the company granted Premium status on an unpaid invoice and handed the claim over to an external collection agency (PAIR Finance) by September 3. To make matters worse, I am currently unable to delete my account through the website settings because the deletion mechanism fails with a persistent server error.

Everything was delivered on time and in excellent condition.
