I ordered The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (PC) on Thursday 27 August at 22:14 (order 894491, 13.49 EUR). Payment went through instantly and was confirmed by both Paysera and my bank the same evening. Receipt of the money was never in question.

Punktid's own terms of use, clause 8.2, say products are delivered to the buyer's email no later than two working days after receipt of payment. That deadline came and went. I still have no key and no refund.

What actually happened:

The order sat on "In review" and "Waiting for manual bank transfer payment" with both status entries timestamped 22:14:07, the exact second I placed it. Nothing had been touched.

On 28 August I contacted support with both payment confirmations attached. An AI replied instantly saying a colleague would review it. At 14:08 a human said the delay was caused by their reseller. When I asked for a concrete delivery estimate and confirmation the key was actually in stock, I received the identical copy-pasted message again, with neither.

On 31 August at 13:27 I cancelled the order in writing and requested a full refund, which clause 11.1 of their terms explicitly entitles me to do before delivery. It was not acknowledged at all.

At 17:51 the same day I was told the delay was due to "orders purchased during the weekend period". My order was placed on a Thursday evening. The same message promised: "you will be receiving it by today." Nothing arrived.

So: three mutually contradictory explanations, a written delivery promise that was broken, a cancellation request ignored, and a breach of the delivery deadline set out in their own terms of use.
The payment was correct and immediate. Every failure here is on Punktid's side.

If you are comparing prices and thinking of saving a few euros here, the discount is not worth this.

I had a terrible experience; I purchased a $100 Razer Gold card. They delivered it without issue, but the card numbers turned out to be invalid. It has been a week, and despite doing everything I was told to do, I haven't received any response or notification.

Smooth as butter, faster than light

Paid Xbox subscription, which they sell. Haven't got a code in 24h, as they offer. Support is an AI, which is silly AF. Don't recommend at all. Poor experience

I've had good experience with this seller in the past, but now it took them 3 full days to send me the code, during which I had to buy the same thing from Loaded instead (who delivered the code immediately after payment), and ask for a full refund from Punkid for several times, a request which they completely ignored. They are also utterly unresponsive over e-mail to explain or at least acknowledge the delay from their part. I can’t recommend this shop any longer.

I'm sorry guys but you have to either reoorganise or file for bankruptcy and shut this whole thing down, I paid by instant bank transfer for an invoice and it's been a more than a week, I also sent 5 proof of payments to different Punktid email addresses and chat have received no confirmation. Also Paysera logo is displayed on the website but it has no Paysera automatic payment method. This is is not the first time there have been severe delays with zero response from customer service. Because most likely there's only one employee left... Go with eneba.com they have always delivered. And sorry for Punktid. I may have lost money and a small gift but still hopeful!

Do not purchase anything from them , firstly, Thier service is so bad they'll ignore you for many weeks , secondly Thier codes never come earlier they claim 30mins . More than one week before codes arrive . I repeat do not engage in doing business with them ! They act all fraudulent and won't respond when you report . Very useless people sometimes they send you a used code for the product bought and they never refund you your money !! I repeat do not purchase anything with them they'll scam the hell out of you . Useless group I still have over 150 dollars taken from me and yet they can't give account of it . I'm reporting to the FBi definitely. They have to shut down the site .

Game codes are delivered instantly, and there are plenty of great discounts. I can't believe I didn't know about this website sooner! I'll definitely be using it again. Highly recommended!

Code, didn't arrive after 2 hours.

I have ordered from punktid a couple of times now and i have reallly loved almost everything about the experience. The only thing i could nag a little about is the arrival time and checking of the payment which on other websites is in an instant where as here ive had to wait a bit

Ai respones were accurate. found what i was looking for. does show too many ads if any. ordering was easy and simple. yes delivery takes some time but it does get there in less than 24h usually

Delivery delay for more than three days

There is no guarantee that they will send you the redemption code you purchased. In fact, there is no guarantee that they will send it at all. Nowhere on the website does it explain how or when the code will be delivered.

The automated chatbot says:

"Hi there,

Digital codes are usually delivered within 30 minutes of payment. Sometimes, due to high workload or technical issues, it might take a bit longer. Please check your email's spam or junk folders, as codes can sometimes end up there.

If you still haven't received your code, please provide your order number so I can look into this for you."

However, with no customer support and no transparency regarding delivery times, this already appears suspicious.
I have not received my USA PSN $25 Gift Card code, even though the payment has already been completed.
