when placed my order i also was to receive a free gift. somehow i must have not totally completed my free gift form properly because when my new shoes arrived me free gift was not included. i called the service center and explained not receiving my free gift. at first i was told that they would include my gift with my next order. i told the service rep that i was not happy with that answer. he then when to his supervisor and came back informing me that the gift would be going out in the next day mail and should receive in a couple of days. true to his word i did receive my free gift and he stated.
